About the role

  • Support the People & Operations team with day-to-day HR operations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and manage personnel documentation and HR data
  • Assist with preparatory payroll processing
  • Prepare and manage employment certificates and HR-related notifications
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on organizational HR matters
  • Document and maintain HR processes in Confluence (company wiki)
  • Support the recruiting process (applicant communication, candidate management)
  • Collaborate with various teams to further develop our People & Operations processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ideally some practical experience in HR, recruiting, or personnel administration
  • Motivation to develop professionally in People & Operations
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Digital affinity and interest in modern HR tools
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Basic experience with HR systems; familiarity with DATEV or the social-security reporting portal (SV-Meldeportal) is a plus
