Graphics Designer

• Design visual assets across marketing channels: ads, social media, email campaigns, sales materials, PR assets, and event materials
• Develop fast, high-quality design concepts for campaigns, launches, and experiments — from initial idea to polished execution
• Translate messaging and complex product topics into clear, engaging visual storytelling
• Create visual assets and design concepts that support website content and campaigns, in close collaboration with our Web Designer
• Contribute brand-led visuals and campaign concepts that can be adapted into web experiences
• Create and adapt assets for performance marketing with a strong focus on clarity, impact, and iteration (nice to have)
• Create or support motion design assets for ads, product teasers, and social formats
• Explore and apply AI-supported design workflows for visuals, ideation, and creative experimentation
• Bring fresh ideas for formats, visuals, and creative directions — and help keep Ninox visually ahead

Senior Graphic Designer

IT Support

• You will support our team in maintaining our internal IT infrastructure
• You are the first point of contact for technical questions
• You will provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for around 80 colleagues on macOS and Windows
• You will manage users, groups and permissions in Azure Entra ID / Microsoft 365
• You will handle onboarding/offboarding, imaging and device provisioning via Intune
• You will keep our IT documentation and hardware inventory up to date (Jira, Confluence)
• You will assist with hardware, network and cloud projects (e.g. VPN, PowerShell automation)
