About the role

  • Lead a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters for global Engineering, Product, IT, and Security hiring.
  • Manage and develop the Technical Recruiting team and drive technical execution and operational excellence.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment funnel and improve candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technical hiring plans with business needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 3+ years specifically leading technical recruiting teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical recruiting and the ability to assess technical fluency.
  • High proficiency in ATS management (Jobvite/Greenhouse etc.) and technical sourcing tools.
  • Must be fluent in English.
