About the role
- Lead a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters for global Engineering, Product, IT, and Security hiring.
- Manage and develop the Technical Recruiting team and drive technical execution and operational excellence.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment funnel and improve candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership to align technical hiring plans with business needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
- 3+ years specifically leading technical recruiting teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting and the ability to assess technical fluency.
- High proficiency in ATS management (Jobvite/Greenhouse etc.) and technical sourcing tools.
- Must be fluent in English.
