About the role
- Qualify and develop Federal prospects
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts
- Build and manage a Federal Civilian pipeline
- Become a trusted advisor on NinjaOne’s platform
- Identify and engage key technical, procurement, and security stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Compliance teams
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation plans
- Accurately forecast pipeline in Salesforce
- Represent NinjaOne at industry events
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles within the U.S. Federal Government
- Deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes
- Strong command of highly regulated compliance frameworks
- Skilled at building rapport with technical and procurement audiences
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
