About the role

  • Qualify and develop Federal prospects
  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts
  • Build and manage a Federal Civilian pipeline
  • Become a trusted advisor on NinjaOne’s platform
  • Identify and engage key technical, procurement, and security stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Compliance teams
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation plans
  • Accurately forecast pipeline in Salesforce
  • Represent NinjaOne at industry events

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles within the U.S. Federal Government
  • Deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes
  • Strong command of highly regulated compliance frameworks
  • Skilled at building rapport with technical and procurement audiences
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
