Data Analyst

• Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
• Build reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and similar tools
• Write and maintain SQL queries
• Clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis or system integration
• Validate data quality and identify anomalies, missing information, and logic inconsistencies across systems
• Create entity relationship diagrams, system maps, and architecture documentation using tools such as Lucidchart
• Produce screen-share walkthroughs and brief documentation for client understanding and internal collaboration
• Contribute to client projects and internal tools across reporting, data modeling, system migrations, and analytics development
