About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
Build reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and similar tools
Write and maintain SQL queries
Clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis or system integration
Validate data quality and identify anomalies, missing information, and logic inconsistencies across systems
Create entity relationship diagrams, system maps, and architecture documentation using tools such as Lucidchart
Produce screen-share walkthroughs and brief documentation for client understanding and internal collaboration
Contribute to client projects and internal tools across reporting, data modeling, system migrations, and analytics development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Basic SQL ability, including querying data, joining tables, filtering, and aggregating
Familiarity with or interest in analytics tools such as Zoho Analytics and Power BI
Clear communication skills for explaining thinking, asking questions, and collaborating
Detail-oriented, self-driven mindset with comfort juggling multiple projects
Experience with data cleaning or ETL processes is a bonus
Familiarity with R or Python is a bonus
Understanding of basic statistics or machine learning concepts is a bonus
Experience with the Zoho ecosystem is a bonus
