About the role
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and close deals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and results orientation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Fluent in Czech and good level in English (B2/C1)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field is a plus
