About the role
- You independently manage our business partners (B2B) in your territory
- You don’t just implement our sales strategies — you also contribute your own ideas and initiatives
- You work closely with Key Account, Inside Sales and Service — with genuine team spirit
- You represent Nilfisk at trade shows and events — convincingly, authentically and professionally
- You monitor the market, identify new opportunities and negotiate sustainable customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training — or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in sales (field sales), ideally in cleaning technology
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented way and have a hands-on, get‑things‑done mentality
- You are curious, willing to learn and enjoy questioning and improving processes
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and modern digital tools is an advantage
- Your place of residence is preferably within the sales territory
- English language skills are a plus
