About the role
- You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are communicative, creative, and not afraid to appear on camera yourself.
- At nilas you will shape online marketing from A to Z: you will conceptualize and develop marketing strategies.
- You plan, create, and manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok).
- You produce content yourself: photos, videos, editing, posts — everything ready-to-go.
- You analyze the success of our measures and continuously optimize them.
- You will work primarily with Canva; additional tools are available when you need them.
- You will have the chance to build our channels from the ground up, grow reach, and drive nilas' digital presence forward.
Requirements
- You are studying Marketing, Design, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and are looking for an exciting position for your mandatory internship.
- You are available to support us for at least 3 months (unpaid).
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- You work independently and reliably and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
- You are confident, committed, and enjoy presenting.
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
