About the role

  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are communicative, creative and don’t shy away from appearing on camera yourself.
  • At nilas you shape online marketing from A to Z: you design and develop marketing strategies.
  • You plan, create and manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok).
  • You produce content yourself: photos, videos, editing, posts — all ready to go.
  • You analyze the performance of our activities and continuously optimize them.
  • You primarily work with Canva; other tools are available if you need them.
  • You’ll have the chance to build our channels from the ground up, grow reach and push nilas forward digitally.

Requirements

  • You are studying Marketing, Design, Economics, Business Administration or a related field and are looking for an exciting role for your required internship.
  • You are available to support us for at least 3 months (unpaid).
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • You work independently and reliably and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
  • You are confident, committed and enjoy presenting.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
