About the role

  • You conceptualize and develop marketing strategies
  • You plan, create and manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok)
  • You produce content yourself: photos, videos, editing, posts — all ready-to-go
  • You analyze the performance of our measures and continuously optimize them
  • You primarily work with Canva; additional tools are available if you need them
  • You will have the opportunity to build our channels from the ground up, grow reach, and help push nilas digital forward digitally.

Requirements

  • You are studying marketing, design, economics, business administration or a related field
  • You are available to support us for at least 3 months (unpaid)
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • You work independently, reliably and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility
  • You are confident, committed and enjoy presenting
  • You have excellent spoken and written German and English skills.
