About the role

  • You design and develop marketing strategies
  • You plan, create, and manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • You produce content yourself: photos, videos, editing, posts — all ready-to-go
  • You analyze the performance of our activities and continuously optimize them
  • You will mainly work with Canva; additional tools are available if you need them
  • You’ll have the opportunity to shape our channels from the ground up, grow reach, and help advance nilas' digital presence.

Requirements

  • You are studying Marketing, Design, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and are looking for an exciting position for your mandatory internship?
  • You are available to support us for at least 3 months (unpaid)
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You work independently and reliably and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility
  • You are confident, committed, and enjoy presenting
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English.
