Backend Engineer

• Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform.
• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.).
• Develop and maintain migration scripts and automation tools in C# and Python to streamline ETL processes.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration.
• Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process.
• Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
