About the role
- Responsible for commissioning electrical and mechanical systems and components
- Test and document functional tests of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Program and troubleshoot control equipment like VFDs and temperature controllers
- Travel to sites for installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and training to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 5+ years minimum of related experience
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical and process prints
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
