About the role
- Provide high-level troubleshooting support across North America for complex equipment and system issues
- Serve as a technical escalation point for service centers and field service teams
- Support workshops with engineering decisions regarding part usability, rework disposition, and repair methodologies
- Ensure strong product knowledge exists across current and new product lines
- Address customer technical concerns and performance issues with urgency and professionalism
- Promote a strong customer-focused culture across the service organization
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product quality or reliability failures
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaint data to identify systemic improvements
- Oversee the complete warranty claims process, including evaluation, approval/rejection decisions, and documentation
- Develop technical tools, work instructions, presentations, and communication materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or service environments
- Proven experience supporting precision rotating and reciprocating equipment
- Experience with cryogenic processes and systems
- Strong technical background in industrial manufacturing and aftermarket services
- Experience in product-based or service-based industrial companies
