About the role
- Lead all operations for the Atlanta Customer Center—delivering on-time, high-quality aftermarket services.
- Drive year-over-year growth in revenue and EBIT through operational excellence.
- Maximize efficiency, resource planning, and workshop utilization.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Champion Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across operations and customer service.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across global Nikkiso Cryogenic Services locations to share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience leading operations or aftermarket services in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven success improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong financial and business acumen — experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost performance.
- Expertise with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 6S programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cryogenic or industrial equipment a major plus!
