• Create and innovate North America Digital Fraud standards, strategies, tools, resources, and vendor relationships to best support fraud and abuse for North America.
• Work closely with Global teams to track team and vendor performance and create a consistent operational framework that shape future Digital LP capabilities.
• Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies and take actions to mitigate emerging fraud risks with guidance from your teams.
• Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives of the project.
