About the role

  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, and digital channels.
  • Build marketing funnels, landing pages, and digital campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Produce engaging graphics, motion graphics, short-form and long-form videos.
  • Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow brand presence online.
  • Promote real estate products and corporate events through digital media and offline channels.
  • Coordinate marketing logistics, vendor accounts, proposals, and project timelines.
  • Assist with presentation center setup, creative direction, and event planning.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (HubSpot, CRM tools) and manage lead follow-ups.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, kvCore, Brivity, BoldTrail).
  • Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
  • Track and manage sales leads, generate reports, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, email management, file organization, and task coordination.
  • Track action items, monitor project timelines, and manage marketing materials.
  • Handle inbound/outbound communications with clients, vendors, and team members.
