💰 ₱130,000 - ₱175,000 per month

About the role

  • Develop and build **AI agents** in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Work with **Machine Learning, AI tools, and automation workflows**.
  • Integrate **CRMs with other systems**, tools, and platforms.
  • Support list-cleaning, list-building, and newsletter workflows using AI.
  • Perform light **marketing tasks** (approximately 1–2 hours per day).
  • Assist in creating automated marketing processes and improving current systems.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong background in **Machine Learning / AI development**.
  • Experience building or training AI agents and working with modern AI tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and API integrations.
  • Ability to automate workflows across marketing, CRM, and communication platforms.
  • Some marketing exposure—email, newsletters, list management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
