About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical mortgage and finance positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a high-quality hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies within the mortgage sector.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on mortgage, lending, or financial services.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, roles, and talent requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
