About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical mortgage and finance positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a high-quality hiring process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies within the mortgage sector.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on mortgage, lending, or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, roles, and talent requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
