About the role
- Leads the in-house creative team, aligns creative vision with strategic goals.
- Oversees creative brief process; establishes intake process accessible to all functions.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to align strategies with business objectives while elevating brand storytelling.
- Develops the brand’s visual identity, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Leads, mentors, and inspires a multidisciplinary creative team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of Art Direction or Creative Experience.
- At least 5 years of proven experience leading a high-performing creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign work, and cross-channel creative execution.
- A deep understanding of how to balance brand consistency with creative exploration.
