About the role
- Interact regularly and build relationships with executives across all functions / teams at Nift
- Identify ways you can assist our CEO & CRO in making their day to day more efficient and impactful. Be a force multiplier; utilizing their time effectively, and taking things off their plate
- You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the CEO’s & CRO’s travel—including flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining, events & conferences, itineraries, and related logistics
- Proactively manage the CRO ’s both executives schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritize their appointments / activities
- Prepare reports and presentations by gathering insights, data, research, and information to inform decision-making
- Establish efficient communication channels between the CEO & CRO and leadership team to ensure smooth and accurate information flow
- Screen, prioritize, reply and manage the team's emails, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
- Help to coordinate / organize professional events, speaking engagements, trade shows, conferences, business dinners / socials, and company off-sites
Requirements
- BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 6 years of post-college work experience, with at least 3 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP or Senior level executive at a tech startup or VC firm
- A strong bias towards action, incredibly proactive, ability to take initiative, operate autonomously to get answers, context, and the data to solve problems
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, empathetic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail, follow through skills, meet deadlines, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive things to completion
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong scheduling / coordination skills, adaptable, flexible with last-minute changes
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure including providing support across time zones during executive travel
- A positive attitude / outlook has an optimistic approach to work and life
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High degree of proficiency with productivity processes & tools (e.g., G suite, spreadsheets, email Stack Method)
