About the role

  • Lead global go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success
  • Define and own the PMM team charter
  • Build and continuously refine core PMM foundations
  • Assess current team strengths, gaps and workloads
  • Provide hands‑on coaching and feedback to existing PMMs
  • Create rituals and processes that elevate PMM
  • Represent the PMM function with Gracenote leadership

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing PMMs
  • Experience defining PMM charters, processes and frameworks
  • Strong background in data, SaaS, ad tech, media, streaming or related domains
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
