About the role
- Lead global go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success
- Define and own the PMM team charter
- Build and continuously refine core PMM foundations
- Assess current team strengths, gaps and workloads
- Provide hands‑on coaching and feedback to existing PMMs
- Create rituals and processes that elevate PMM
- Represent the PMM function with Gracenote leadership
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing PMMs
- Experience defining PMM charters, processes and frameworks
- Strong background in data, SaaS, ad tech, media, streaming or related domains
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
