Lead the planning and execution of large-scale deployments (software, hardware, or operational workflows)
Map "as-is" processes and design "to-be" workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency
Act as a primary change agent, guiding cross-functional teams through transitions and overcoming resistance to new ways of working
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Serve as the central point of contact between executive leadership, technical teams, product, tech and end-users to ensure alignment and clear communication
Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs to ensure long-term sustainability of new processes.

Requirements

7–10 years in operations management, project management, or management consulting
Advanced proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Kaizen, or Agile Project Management
Familiarity with Field and Contact Center systems (NCM, CATI), CRM tools (Salesforce), or BPM software (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
Exceptional ability to lead by influence rather than authority, particularly in matrixed organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations (MBA preferred).
certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
