About the role
- Approach potential sales partners such as lottery outlets, kiosks or petrol stations directly and win them as our new partners
- Train and activate our customer base so they can successfully get started with our products
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships and independently manage your partner network
- Keep your sales territory active — through targeted campaigns and continuous support
- Record your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B field sales and selling to customers in retail or convenience store sectors
- Experience with cold calling is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Winning mentality: You are ready to learn quickly, drive things forward and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
- Proactive, service-oriented way of working with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
- Flexibility, willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English and other foreign languages are an advantage
