• Du lernst den direkten Kundenkontakt kennen, unterstützt bei der Produktdatenpflege
• sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte online perfekt präsentiert werden
• bereitest Newsletter vor
• Du erfährst, was Kund:innen begeistert und wie du Kennzahlen (KPIs) richtig interpretierst
• Du durchläufst verschiedene Abteilungen, bleibst jeweils ca. 2 Monate in einer Abteilung
• Du startest im Customer Care
• Danach wechselst du ins Shopmanagement, in die Logistik, den Einkauf, Finance und Performance Marketing
• Du findest während deiner Zeit in den unterschiedlichen Abteilungen heraus, wo deine Stärken liegen
