About the role
- Support sales opportunities by being a product expert and being able to demonstrate solutions capabilities
- Need to have a full understanding of Criminal Justice Process workflow as it pertains to digital evidence
- Interview and engage a variety of user work groups within Public Safety agencies
- Construct needs assessment/analysis while working with Account Executive to ensure alignment
- Collect feedback on solution requirements and interface with Product Management
- Assisting in technical responses to RFPs, and presentations
- Build out of Scope of Work documents (SOWs)
- Continually learn market needs and future trends in the Public Safety sector
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to end users, partners and consultants
- Sell NiCE value, differentiating between NiCE and its competitors when presenting value proposition to potential and existing customers
- Maintain existing customer relationships with the goal of maximizing revenues long term through relationship building, use them as strong referral sources
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years experience selling and/or sales engineering into Government verticals and/or into the overall Public Safety/Security industry
- Experience in working with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses and state and/or federal contracts
- Proven consultative selling style with experience in demonstration and presentation preparation
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven creative problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to win and close business
- Experience working with and influencing high end decision makers
- Travel requirement will be ~50% per month within assigned territory
