About the role
- Support the design, demonstration, and delivery of NiCE’s AI-driven customer experience solutions.
- Gather and translate customer requirements into creative solution concepts.
- Learn to design AI and CCaaS workflows using low-code/no-code tools and scripting environments.
- Participate in proof-of-value (PoV) projects, request for proposals (RFPs), and pilot implementations with guidance.
- Deliver engaging presentations that tell a compelling technical story to different audiences.
- Explore conversational AI, IVR, and virtual agent technologies while contributing to real projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in AI, data science, or contact center technologies.
- Curious minds with a passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strong communicators who can explain complex ideas clearly and adapt messages for different audiences.
- Analytical thinkers with exposure to tools like Python, SQL, or Excel through coursework or projects.
