About the role

  • Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Localize corporate campaigns and messaging for European markets.
  • Ensure marketing plans directly support revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Manage regional marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Design and lead high-impact field marketing programs including executive events and industry conferences.
  • Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing priorities with sales targets
  • Own regional agentic pipeline contribution targets and develop demand generation programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in field marketing and demand generation across European markets.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep collaboration experience with Sales leadership and revenue teams.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German) are a plus.
