About the role
- Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Localize corporate campaigns and messaging for European markets.
- Ensure marketing plans directly support revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Manage regional marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- Design and lead high-impact field marketing programs including executive events and industry conferences.
- Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing priorities with sales targets
- Own regional agentic pipeline contribution targets and develop demand generation programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Strong experience in field marketing and demand generation across European markets.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep collaboration experience with Sales leadership and revenue teams.
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
- Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German) are a plus.
