About the role
- As the VP of Transformation, you will be the architect of the company’s future operating model and drive the most critical initiatives to transform the company.
- You will lead the design and execution of cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous evolution.
- Partner with the executive team to identify value-creation levers and prioritize a multi-year transformation portfolio and collaboratively drive the execution of the roadmap with cross functional partners.
- Redesign end-to-end business processes using data driven methodologies to eliminate silos and friction.
- Serve as a key change agent, building high-trust relationships across the organization to overcome resistance and drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Establish rigorous KPIs and "Value Realization" frameworks to ensure transformation efforts translate directly to the P&L.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large scale operations, strategy, consulting, or transformation management.
- Proven track record of delivering $50M+ in measurable value through transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to "translate" complex strategy for any audience.
- MBA preferred
