About the role
- Manage day-to-day servicing for an assigned set of client accounts, including extensive verbal, electronic, and written communication.
- Manage an assigned book of business, as applicable.
- Maintain proactive, professional relationships with carrier and client contacts.
- Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish in partnership with the Team Leader.
- Create and maintain client files in accordance with established office procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for billing questions from clients and carrier personnel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial lines insurance servicing experience preferred.
- Recent experience in a retail insurance brokerage environment required.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Property & Casualty broker’s license required upon hire.
- Experience with EPIC (agency management system) preferred.
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
