- Growing organic revenue with medium to highly complex clients
- Managing sales results and maintaining strong relationships with key client and prospect stakeholders
- Serving as executive sponsor on accounts and collaborating with Account Teams
- Developing and initiating plans to increase sales, lower costs and continuously improve operations
- Leading sales activities with more complex clients and prospects

Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- More than 10 years of directly related industry sales experience
- Insurance Broker's license required representing the coverages being sold (e.g. P&C broker’s license or Life and Health broker's license)
