About the role
- Service client accounts for the Private Client Group/High Network team
- Support account management team in day-to-day account management
- Manage renewal and marketing process
- Prepare materials for presentations and communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts
Requirements
- More than 3 years of client service and Personal Risk/Affluent Personal Lines experience
- Experience with California Fair Plan and short-term rental policies is a plus
- HS Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or related training preferred
- A P&C Insurance License is required upon hire
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Intermediate level of experience in agency management system(s), EPIC highly desired
