About the role

  • Develop and implement full-stack applications using Generative AI (GenAI) as well as chatbot and voicebot technologies
  • Support our customers and partners in implementing our solutions — both on-site and remotely
  • Analyze implementation experiences and derive best practices to continuously feed into our development roadmap and backlog
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for customers and deliver innovative features

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in full-stack development and solid knowledge of Generative AI and chatbot/voicebot technologies
  • Practical experience collaborating with customers and partners, ideally in technical implementation and support
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, and experience with modern AI frameworks
  • A solution-oriented, independent working style combined with team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
