• You and the Value Added Services team take full responsibility for order intake and revenue generation in collaboration with our strategic partners in the Contact Center & AI area.
• You manage our top partners and advise them on expanding their business success with Contact Center solutions.
• You acquire new customers in cooperation with the sales colleagues of our top partners, technically supported by our Presales Consultants.
• You maintain relationships with your contacts and purposefully develop them.
• You support them holistically from the proposal stage through the project phase and beyond.
• You network via social media and represent our company at (customer) events or industry gatherings such as CCW.
• You actively contribute to product and process improvements.

• You develop custom chat and voice bots for our clients
• You are involved in development from concept to deployment and work with botario, our chatbot management platform
• You define how the desired processes can be implemented as dialogues and create the content required for the chatbot
• You develop integrations with clients' system landscapes as needed
• You use prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy

• You identify and acquire new enterprise clients in the DACH region
• You position our AI solutions as a strategic component of digitalization initiatives at management and decision-maker level
• You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach through presentations and negotiations to contract signing
• You build and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms
• Together with PreSales and Engineering, you design tailored solution scenarios based on specific customer requirements
