• Pipeline management: independently plan, maintain and prioritize the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets

• You identify and acquire new enterprise customers in the DACH region
• You position our AI solutions as a strategic element of digitalization initiatives at management and decision-maker level
• You own the entire sales process – from the initial outreach through presentations and negotiations to contract signing
• You establish and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms
• Together with PreSales and Engineering, you design customized solution scenarios based on concrete customer requirements

Account Executive – AI Communication Solutions

• As Key Account Manager, you take responsibility for our most important clients.
• Your focus is on maintaining and developing existing client relationships as well as expanding new business opportunities.
• You are responsible for partner management projects and primarily work with warm leads.
• You manage projects across all phases of the sales process — from proposal preparation to contract negotiation.
• You develop tailored solutions and thereby make a significant contribution to revenue growth and business development.
• You acquire new customers in collaboration with the sales teams of our top partners.

DevOps Engineer

• Aufbau und Verwaltung von Kubernetes-Clustern zur Orchestrierung von Container-Anwendungen
• Implementierung und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines zur Automatisierung von Entwicklungs-, Test- und Bereitstellungsprozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Implementierung und Optimierung skalierbarer und hochverfügbarer Cloud-Infrastrukturen
• Sicherstellung der Stabilität und Performance der Systeme durch proaktives Monitoring und Optimierung von Systemressourcen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Verbesserung von DevOps-Best Practices in den Teams
