About the role

You develop custom chat and voice bots for our clients
You are involved in development from concept to deployment and work with botario, our chatbot management platform
You define how the desired processes can be implemented as dialogues and create the content required for the chatbot
You develop integrations with clients' system landscapes as needed
You use prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy

A successfully completed university degree or equivalent vocational training
You already have professional experience in software development or chatbot development
You have very good programming skills in Python
You have experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices
You think solution-oriented and approach problems analytically and in a structured way
You enjoy working in a team and with agile methods
You work independently
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
