About the role
- Process and reconcile monthly U.S. and Canadian benefit payments
- Own benefit payment and reconciliation workflows
- Partners with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and benefit vendors to resolve data issues
- Support U.S. and Canadian benefits and pension audits and compliance
- Support annual open enrollment activities
- Develop and maintain benefits communications
- Support benefits budgeting, forecasting, and leadership reporting
- Participate in benefits projects and system enhancements as required.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, HR operations, or a related role.
- Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian benefit programs preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and comfort working with audits, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
