• Leverage Nexxen’s proprietary Discovery platform to uncover audience insights, trends, and opportunities that inform client strategy
• Build high-quality, insight-driven Discovery packages that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for pre- and post-sales engagements
• Lead end-to-end analysis, from framing the business question to delivering insights that drive client decision-making and campaign performance

• Own job architecture and leveling framework maintenance, including building and updating leveling guides, benchmarking roles against market data (e.g., Radford), and ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Lead the annual compensation cycle end-to-end, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, modeling, calibration support, and presenting recommendations to the VP and senior leadership.
