Security Engineer

• Build, configure, manage to provide technical support and break/fix resolution for customer CDP cloud environments w.r.t SSO, traffic/trace monitoring, EntraID setup, PIM roles, DNS, Palo Alto, Site to Site VPN, Panorama, Docker, Audit support, OpenVAS containers etc.
• Collaborate with automation mindset with the team to maintain AWS environments, Strong skills with Kubernetes based installation products and management, and other applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving complex issues.
• Possess expertise in AWS/Azure networking, including VPC, subnets, VPN, static and BGP routing, vulnerability management tools etc.
• Assist with administering firewalls and routers effectively. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access, Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
• Demonstrate strong work experience w.r.t virtual machines, disks, Linux maintenance, security architecture, Docker and Kubernetes, Kerberos, and authentication issues, as well as cloud environments.
• Utilize scripting skills, such as bash, python, terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and API/REST scripting, to automate tasks (a plus).
• Be the Network SME on all escalations from the Level 1/2 support team (Linux, AWS).
• Handle new deployments, onboarding of new customers, deployment of new applications, and customizations, while documenting the process.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, utilizing a support ticket system and ensuring SLAs and ticket quality goals are met.
• Participate in 24x7 shift coverage on rotation, including on-call availability.

Network and Security Engineer

Sales Engineer

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams supporting new and existing customer pursuits to articulate NX1 capabilities/differentiators, define solution options/benefits, and identify modernization opportunities for client-specific workloads
• Propose solution architecture and articulate benefits of NX1 for complex data driven workloads
• Oversee initial customer onboarding ensuring automation, repeatability, and standardization across customer base
• Act as a key product stakeholder contributing to the product roadmap, prioritization, and architecture definition.
• Work closely with NX1 Product and Architecture team to define, design, and implement new Control Plane product features and entitlements

Platform Engineer

• Implement and operate the NexusOne platform across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Deploy, configure, and manage data services, pipelines, orchestration, governance, and security components.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) for platform provisioning and upgrades.
• Implement integration points between services (e.g., Spark, Trino, Airflow, NiFi, Ranger, DataHub) and underlying storage/compute layers.
• Configure and tune platform components for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement platform security controls (IAM, encryption, RBAC, SSO) in alignment with architectural and compliance requirements.

Customer Support

• Lead the Technical Engine: Formalize and lead the India-based Tier 1–3 support and operations teams as the company's primary technical execution hub.
• Drive Support Excellence: Cultivate a team culture focused on empathy, rapid resolution, and reducing customer effort.
• Voice of the Customer (VoC): Act as the primary advocate for customer pain points, ensuring support trends directly influence the product roadmap.

Senior Manager, Customer Support, Advocacy

Support Engineer

• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support issues related to NexusOne — including platform components, data services, integrations, and operational workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Trino, Airflow, NiFi, Ranger, Iceberg, DataHub).
• Troubleshoot and triage platform errors, pipeline failures, configuration issues, and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to support customer onboarding, environment setup, and production readiness.

Backend Engineer

• Architect and evolve the end-to-end NexusOne platform across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, tailored to customer requirements and constraints.

• Translate solution requests and business requirements into scalable, compliant architecture blueprints.
