About the role

  • Own the CRM: Administer, optimize, and maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth for the sales organization
  • Build Reliable Forecasting: Design and maintain accurate forecasting models
  • Drive Sales Process Excellence: Document, standardize, and continuously improve sales processes across regions
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Build dashboards, reports, and analyses
  • Own Full-Funnel Metrics: Track and optimize conversion rates across the entire buyer journey
  • Automate the Repetitive: Identify manual tasks that slow down the team and implement automations
  • Manage Compensation & Quotas: Administer commission calculations, validate payouts, and collaborate on designing fair, motivating compensation plans
  • Enable the Sales Team: Coordinate onboarding for new AEs, maintain up-to-date playbooks and sales collateral
  • Support Territory & Account Planning: Assist in territory design, account assignments, and capacity planning
  • Bridge Sales, Marketing & Finance: Act as the connective tissue between teams to align metrics, reporting, and shared objectives
  • Report to the Head of Sales & Marketing: Direct line to commercial leadership, with the autonomy to execute and the voice to propose improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, software, or technology companies
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
  • Proven experience administering and optimizing HubSpot (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub)
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and BI tools
  • Proven ability to document, improve, and scale sales processes
  • Experience implementing workflow automations and integrations
  • Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, or native HubSpot automation is valued
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, and funnel analytics
  • High attention to detail, especially when it comes to compensation calculations, forecasting, and data accuracy
  • Able to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset
  • Collaborative, curious, and service-oriented
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field is a plus
