About the role

  • The Senior Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system
  • Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs
  • Work closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure maximum margin contribution
  • Coordinate and drive departments to provide associated inputs to quotations
  • Follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors
  • Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders
  • Provide creative input to bid strategy
  • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM
  • Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications
  • Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales
  • Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on deal structuring and bid strategy
  • Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience
  • BS/BA in a business or technical field or equivalent experience
  • Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience
  • Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems
  • Proven analytical background
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time
