About the role
- The Senior Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system
- Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs
- Work closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure maximum margin contribution
- Coordinate and drive departments to provide associated inputs to quotations
- Follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors
- Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team
- Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders
- Provide creative input to bid strategy
- Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications
- Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to stakeholders
- Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales
- Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on deal structuring and bid strategy
- Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates
Requirements
- 4+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience
- BS/BA in a business or technical field or equivalent experience
- Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience
- Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems
- Proven analytical background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time
