Systems Engineer

• Design and build the software infrastructure that powers business operations
• Develop robust data pipelines and engineer custom integrations and automations across core platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, tested data solutions
• Build, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered applications and automation workflows
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, APIs, and workflows within NetSuite (SuiteScript) and other business applications
• Engineer integrations between LLM-based agents and internal systems
• Triage and resolve bugs in integrations, custom scripts, and automate workflows
• Maintain thorough technical documentation of all customizations, configurations, and integration contracts

• Develop detailed test plans to characterize and validate systems or components
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate cost, schedule, and address dependencies
• Partner with external labs to complete scheduled tests
• Capture issues using bug tracking software and report status
• Analyze test results, log bugs and recommend corrective actions
• Review, edit, and release test reports for tested products
• Evaluate technical readiness prior to release to manufacturing
• Learn and improve test cost, consistency, and efficiency

• Build agentic AI workflows for business operations and tooling.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows with approvals, escalation, guardrails, and operator feedback.
• Develop AI copilots and assistants using LLMs, tools, APIs, telemetry, logs, and real-time system data.
• Create reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, workflow automation, and task execution.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, product, business teams to turn AI ideas into working product features.
