About the role

  • Lead and perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing for web and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure applications comply with ADA accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines, identifying and validating accessibility issues.
  • Apply strong US Healthcare domain knowledge to validate business requirements, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Utilize JIRA and Zephyr (or similar tools) for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
  • Provide input into test automation efforts using Selenium with Java, including test execution and maintenance of existing scripts.
  • Ensure timely defect reporting, prioritization, and verification of fixes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Should have 3+ Years in Automation (Selenium + Java)
  • Should have 4+ Years in Functional Testing (Manual & Regression)
  • Should have US Healthcare Domain Experience with ADA Complains and WCAG Guidelines
