About the role

  • Act as the primary technical lead for US channel partners
  • Support partner pre-sales cycles and driving technical enablement
  • Deliver compelling value propositions, demos, workshops, and POVs
  • Own the Channel Technical Enablement Plan
  • Deliver demo accreditation, POV training, and technical updates
  • Support partner presales teams in customer meetings
  • Lead technical discovery, RFP/RFI contributions, demos, and POVs
  • Align with Partner Managers on priorities and enablement focus

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting
  • Proven experience enabling channel partners/VARs
  • Strong value-selling skills
  • Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring, EUC, ITIL, Cloud
  • Excellent executive communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Field-based role requiring domestic and occasional international travel
