About the role
- Lead and coordinate pre-sales activities and various departmental tasks
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan
- Maintain a high-touch, trusted advisor status with customers
- Collaborate with partners within your territory
- Manage tactical business while investing in long-term opportunities
- Conduct negotiations focusing on mutual best interests
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an inside sales representative in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven success in a sales capacity with a strong track record
- Expertise in Sales Cadence Optimization
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM expertise (Gainsight preferred)
- Ability to learn and understand Nexthink product offerings quickly
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
