About the role
- Lead Enterprise Intelligent Automation capability responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI-enabled automation solutions
- Oversee the development of automation strategies, governance, and delivery of intelligent solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Partner closely with business and technology leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions
- Define and execute the enterprise intelligent automation strategy to support internal business operations
- Identify high-value automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
- Design and oversee the development of intelligent automation solutions leveraging relevant technologies
- Establish automation architecture, standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle: opportunity assessment, solution design, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and enterprise architects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in information technology, software development, automation engineering, or enterprise application environments
- 4+ years of experience leading automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience implementing intelligent automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Python, or similar automation technologies
- Experience deploying generative AI or AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments preferred
- Knowledge of intelligent automation platforms including RPA, workflow automation, and AI-enabled decision systems
- Knowledge of generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI / ChatGPT, Claude, and Anthropic
- Knowledge of process automation tools including UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
- Knowledge of software development and scripting languages including Python
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, and API-based solutions
- Knowledge of automation governance, security practices, and responsible AI usage
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational optimization
