About the role
- Own and evolve the operating model for Partner Operations
- Lead development and ongoing management of partner financial and KPI dashboards
- Oversee ongoing production monitoring for in-scope partners
- Conduct periodic strategic health reviews for priority partners
- Collaborate with Finance on billing, invoicing, and reporting alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in partner operations, platform operations, business operations, or complex B2B ecosystem management
- Experience in healthcare technology environments with understanding of regulatory, privacy, and compliance considerations
- Proven track record of scaling and operating partner ecosystems or API-driven platforms
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and operational complexity
