About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level positions, from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans
- Source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, social media, referrals)
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Facilitate structured interviews and ensure consistent evaluations
- Track metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Negotiate offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations
- Source talent broadly and support hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
- Contributes to employer brand through job postings and social engagement
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of the Houston energy market
- Proven track record sourcing and filling complex, senior-level, or niche positions
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing business needs
