About the role
- Project & Transition Management
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day transition processes
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conduct project meetings and oversee project tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Perform field inspections of PV modules, inverters, trackers, racking systems, and electrical balance-of-plant components
- Verify construction quality and adherence to engineering specifications during site visits
- Troubleshoot and diagnose PV system issues
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 5+ years
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience (preferred)
- Licensed Electrician (preferred)
- Licensed Master Electrician (preferred)
- Cable Locating Principles & Techniques (preferred)
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified (preferred)
