About the role
- own a product line and lead a team of Product Managers and Product Quantitative Analytics Engineers
- work directly with Directors and Vice Presidents to shape how products drive real business outcomes
- balance strategy, execution, and people leadership
- write clear and concise product briefs, epics, stories, and tasks
- oversee research and product discovery across internal business units and external parties
- manage and mentor a subset of the product team
- perform core people management duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience
